A difficult task, but not impossible…
in the past few years Labor, Materials and overhead costs have increased dramatically.

I had to create new design techniques to lower Labor and Material cost without compromising beauty or quality.

By purchasing the latest equipment, I not only cut my labor costs but made construction easier. Then my design skills had to evolve to another generation of
designs (As water and maintenance costs were increasing rapidly.)

With my horticultural background and owning one of the largest nurseries in Ventura, I saw the trend to save on water by using surfaces like faux-grass, rocks,
de-composed granites, mulches and others surfaces that were beautiful and required no water…

Noticing sales at my nursery, Cactus, Succulents were becoming the best sellers.
We immediately started production of 1,000’s of plants, bringing the costs down from the competition.

Lastly, Irrigation had to take a major transformation from conventional systems to Drip systems. A new breed of watering was being created. There are always
different levels how systems are engineered. My view was much different than most contractors. I wanted to create systems like those at my nursery of over 7-
acres (Agricultural Drip Systems) they have less moving parts, more reliable, and most important less expensive.

For those who are in this space of saving 1,000’s a year on water and gardening, I have once again created designs that accomplish beauty and savings without compromising quality… In fact, higher quality.
